• Aladdin Cleaning Services can be contacted 7 days a week to provide you with expert help and advice, and where possible, we will provide you with a free estimate over the phone. It is sometimes necessary for us to look at the carpet/upholstery/rug before we can give an accurate , honest and competitive quotation.

• A stain protection treatment is available for most carpets and upholstery materials to provide extra protection against spillages and staining. This stain protection process is applied directly after cleaning and is charged at a sensible price 1/3 of the cleaning charge.

• Aladdin Cleaning Services use only Prochem and Chemspec chemicals to clean your soft furnishings. These are two of Britains leading cleaning chemical suppliers.

• The chemicals we use are safe, biodegradable products which contain built in deodorisers, but where necessary or when requested, a further deodorising chemical can be added at no extra cost.

• Aladdin Cleaning Services always check your carpet, upholstery or rug for pre-existing damage prior to cleaning and will always point out any damage that already exists or advise you if we feel there may be damage caused to imperfect areas/weak spots during the cleaning process before we start to clean.
